How it works
Dr. Fred examines your spine and other joints to find where movement has become restricted, usually because of a tissue injury. That injury can come from a single event, like lifting something heavy the wrong way, or from repeated strain, like sitting awkwardly for long stretches.
Injured tissues can become inflamed, painful and stiff. Adjusting the affected joints restores movement, which can ease pain and muscle tightness and give the tissues a chance to heal.
Your first visit
Your first visit includes an examination and a treatment. Dr. Fred explains what is causing the problem, whether chiropractic can help, and how long it should take. More about the first visit.
