What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, online booking, accounts, comments or newsletter, so it doesn’t ask you to enter any personal information.
Like most websites, our hosting company and our network provider, Cloudflare, keep technical records of visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare also gives us overall visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), such as how many times a page was viewed.
Draft: once Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are switched on at launch (#24), this part reads: “Website analytics: To see how this website is used and where it could be clearer, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They show us things like which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site (for example, a search or a map listing), the type of device and browser, the general area a visit comes from, and when someone taps a call, email or directions link. Microsoft Clarity also records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can find the parts of a page that confuse people. We don't send these services your name, your contact details or anything about your health, and the website has no forms. Google Analytics is set up without Google's advertising features. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these tools don't load. You can also block them in your browser's privacy settings or with a content blocker. See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.”
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies when you visit. See the Cookies Policy for the details, including cookies other services may set.
Draft: once Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are switched on at launch (#24), this part reads: “This website uses cookies only for the website analytics described above (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). See the Cookies Policy for the list and how to turn them off.”
When you contact us
If you call or email the office, we use what you tell us to answer you and, if you choose, to schedule your care.
Patient information
This policy covers this website only. Information you give the office as a patient, such as your health history or insurance details, is handled separately by the office. If you have questions about your patient records, please ask the office.
Links to other services
This website links to other services, such as Google Maps for directions. If a page includes a YouTube video, the player loads only after you press play. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
California residents
If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information about you we’ve collected through this website, and whether we’ve shared it, by calling or emailing the office.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
Draft: Plain-language rewrite based on how this new website actually works (checked 2026-09-30: no forms, no visitor cookies, no Facebook pixel; Cloudflare Web Analytics on the zone). The old site's plugin-generated text was not carried over. The analytics and cookie wording switches by itself when Google Analytics and Clarity go on at launch (#24); the yellow notes above show that text. Tyler and the office review before launch, and this page gets updated if a contact form is added.
